The interior casings of each window and exterior door will require two plinth blocks each. Each interior door or cased opening will require four plinth blocks each. As long as Miles buys the plaster, Winston has agreed to make as many as is required for "four thousand dollars." When asked for a better rate, Winston indicated that he would do them for "about ten dollars." If I were Miles, I would ask for the last bid in writing.
